  • Feasibility Studies

    We can assist clients in assessing the feasibility of their project- establish its viability, consider the proposed costs of the design process and the build and look at the best way to move forward.

  • Concept

    Following an initial site visit or dimensional survey our client's brief will be finalised and a series of concept sketches produced that will allow a project to develop with a client centred approach.

  • Planning

    Whatever scale of project we will help you to consider the following:-

    The requirement for planning permission; is planning permission possible; the costs involved including consultants costs and planning fees;

    We can assist with planning for extensions, new build houses; houses on farms and more.

  • Detailed Design & Building Control Applications

    CWA will prepare and submit detailed design drawings for submission to Building Control NI.

  • Tendering

    Detail drawings will be further developed to tender stage suitable for tendering or negotiating, with the assistance of a client appointed Quantity Surveyor.

    CWA can obtain and appraise tenders

  • Contract Administration

    CWA can administer the Building Contract to Practical Completion with the client and contractor, providing further information to Contractor as and when reasonably required

    This process involves on-site inspection and administration of the construction phase of the building project through to on-site completion.
